It was in her hometown of Port Townsend that Tiffany started what continues to be a very passionate career in the culinary world, beginning as a dishwasher and working her way up in the ranks.  From there, over 10 years in West Coast restaurants trained her in various cuisines and complexities.

Tiffany's love for a challenge and her desire to continuously push for collaboration and connection led her to venture into restaurant consulting.  Her keen eye for detail, sophisticated flavor profiles, honed costing expertise and deep understanding of diverse culinary traditions made her a sought-after consultant in San Francisco, helping restaurants elevate their menus and redefine their dining experiences.

Ready for a change, Tiffany spent 5 years as the private dining chef at Brennan’s in New Orleans and honed her skills with fine dining event catering. From the vibrant culinary scene of New Orleans, Tiffany has carved her path as a celebrated chef, leaving a lasting mark on both coasts of the United States.

Never forgetting her roots, Chef Tiffany also found joy in organizing hometown restaurant pop-ups. These events allowed her to reconnect with her community, sharing her passion for food in an accessible and communal setting. For Tiffany, no culinary endeavor is too big or too small – each presents a unique opportunity to create, inspire, and connect.

Currently as a chef in Los Angeles, Tiffany showcases her exceptional culinary artistry, blending global flavors with the eclectic tastes of the West Coast.  Yet, Tiffany's passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences doesn’t stop at the glamour of Hollywood.
